1.  The video must promote why fast Internet access is important in your local public library.

2.  The video must be no longer than 2 minutes in length. The video must mention the name of the local public library.

3.  The video must not contain any of the following:

-material that is unlawful or violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement or containing brand names or trademarks;

-material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or promoting bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
